Not much to say about the Bel-Loc Diner. It was close to our hotel and we decided we wanted to have breakfast, which it had. Place was not clean, breakfast was OK.
The Bel-Loc Diner has very good food a very reasonably priced. Great place to take the kids for Breakfast or even lunch.
Decor was 60-70 style,waitress friendly,good chocolate shake minus whipped cream,got the baked hamburger steak with gravy mashed potatoes,corn,lunch special reasonable price.food had a strange taste/flavor,potatoes were grainy,brown gravy was terrible and congealed,before i could cut the meat. hours are 06:30-3:00pm. tele #668-2525??
Besides very good breakfast menu, the chicken noodle soup is home-made and amazing not salty when compare to many places. The chunks of white chicken meat and thick noodles make this a better chicken noodle soup than Chunky Soup. They close at 3 pm daily.
Our family loves diners however we will not return to this restaurant. The quality of the food is poor, the prices are high the only good thing is the service, always good and friendly staff
While the Bel-Loc Diner is nothing to rave about, the fact that you can get a good meal while experiencing a part of history is reason to go. The food is consistently good; the waitstaff are amusing. Just a fun place to dine.
