We frequent the Bateman’s in Towson on a regular basis. Always good service, always good food, and would recommend to anyone. Have had the pleasure of meeting both owners ( independent franchise) and both are very down to earth guys.
Fun Trivia, the worst food in Baltimore. Trivia night at Bateman’s is a lot of fun, and there are reasonable drink specials to match. On the other hand the food at Bateman’s in Towson has gone from decent in the past to so bad I am unsure how the sanitation department hasn’t closed them down. Brown vegetables in salads, undercooked and overcooked meat and burgers, scary stuff. Do not eat food here under any circumstance.
Its ok. If you are into the college bar scene and great wings..then this is your place. I am into great wings, but a friend wanted to meet here for drinks. I got there at 5pm and it was already jammed packed with college students. Very loud and very crowded.I wouldn’t go back to this one, ONLY because of the college scene. The wings here were good.
Good. This is the greatest American bistro I have eaten at for a while.
Appetizers!. Eat the crab pretzel. Makes the whole trip worth while!
Great place to catch the game.. Horrible place to grab a bite. Burgers are bland and overcooked. Wings range from undercoked to poor sauce. The food does go down a bit easier if you have had a few beers which is about all you need to know.
Doesn care for it. Wings are good. the rest are crappy… the service will depend on who you get. some are good, some are too busy coddling each other at the back..
