First time at BJs. Food was very good. Service was really poor. It took forever to get someone to take over drink orders. The food took some time but was worth the wait. However, the service was poor. The server never came back to ask about refills or to take our main entree dishes after we completed the main meal. The server didnt bother to remove the entree dishes before or after we got our deserts… all of our dishes are still on the table even after I have paid the bill. No excuse. Not sure if it was our server or this is the standard.
