I have been here 3 times. The food is good, but the service is slow, sullen and disorganized. Food arrives piecemeal and sometimes the full order doesn’t make it without a complaint. The tables remain dirty after patrons leave with staff just walking by the leftovers repeatedly even when new patrons sit in the space. This restaurant needs new management and some hustle.
I enjoy the food here, but I’ve had multiple visits where my fries arrived well after our burgers were finished. In fact, I left without receiving my full order on my last visit thanks to employee’s moving at a snails pace letting the line get out of control at the register, people waiting for a seat because dirty dishes weren’t removed, and food sitting under the heat lights while the floor workers plotted their next 15 minutes too late move.
When I decided to go here I was not sure what to expect since it had the Bobby Flay name on it. When I walked in, after I got my head around how it worked I felt like I was at an upscale version of shake shack or 5 Guys. After you order you get your drink and sit down, when your food is ready it is set at the pass that runs along the entire wall. A waiter (in this case the person that took my order) then delivers it to your table. I can’t quite figure out the half self-serve model. I went at a non-peak time on a weekday so there was almost no one there which may skew the experience. In summary, the burger is good, fries are okay, atmosphere is nice, experience is a little odd.
