Best place to eat in Baltimore. I found The Real Thing my last day in town. I may come back to Baltimore just to eat. The gravy fries and cheese steak were awesome. What the F*** is Baltimore? It is The Real Thing.
I want there last week and had the best time. We ate great cheesesteak and played lots of pinball. Tony the owner is such a nice guy and I will be going back with my college friends many more times.
Best cheesesteak I’ve had in years. The owner even makes his own hot sauce which is amazing!! Definitely the best place around.

Best Cheesesteak in Baltimore.
The Best. I spent several years in the Philadelphia area and The Real Thing brings me right back. Within 30 minutes of eating I had to log on just to make sure praise was given. The owner waits on you and makes the food right in front of you. The smell as you enter TRT is enough to take down anyone. I recommend the homemade hot sauce as well. I’m trying to come up with an excuse so I don’t go back for lunch tomorrow.
This place has the best cheesesteaks in Baltimore area I drive 30 minutes twice a week just to eat there lots of other good choices there as well if your not a cheese steak fan highly recomended go now!!!!!
