Good food but very poor service. Called and placed a carry out order on my way home. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have the order. Didn’t even offer to remake it. Just told me they didn’t have it and went onto the next customer. I asked several times and got the same response. Clear communication barrier.
BEST PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!!!. My family has been going to Vito’s for about 3 years and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Every Friday night we call in and they always know it’s my family. They are friendly, nice, great cooks, and very funny. They almost ALWAYS have discounts. The latest was Monday through Thursday, if you buy two pieces of pizza, you get a 20 oz fountain drink. Like I said, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS PLACE. Thank you!
Rude Employee or Owner. (I also sent this review to google) I just visited Vito’s for the first time tonight (1/18/2013) with a coworker who told me the food was great, so I said I would give it a try. The employee or owner who works at the front with the glasses, was initially a little pushy to get me out of the way as I looked at the menu. Then after me and my coworker ordered and received our food, I asked for one of those small cardboard boxes for us and as one of the other employees went to hand me one, he stopped him and just said no. He wouldn’t even look me in my face, he just kept working on another order while saying out the side of his mouth that he wasn’t giving me one unless I paid for it. He was extremely rude and didn’t even have the decency to look me in the face while speaking to me, like as a customer I wasn’t worth it. I was a first time and potential repeat customer that your business just lost.
Horrendous. I was shocked based on the good reviews. I got 2 slices to go- one cheese and one pepperoni. One bite of the cheese slice and I gagged. Not sure what they are using for sauce, but it tasted HORRIBLE. Like watered-down ketchup. Tossed both slices in the trash, disgusting. Will not be going back.
I absolutely love Vito’s Pizza! Its is by far my favorite pizza place. The staff is really pleasant & the pizza is huge!!
Best Sicilian Pizza in Baltimore. I have been a frequent customer of Vito’s since it opened. He has created the best pies around. There is a steady stream of college kids in there day and night. Families from Rodgers Forge flock to this place, that has put Fortunatos on notice that there is a new master Italian cuisine in the neighborhood. I highly recommend the Gourmet Sicilian with fresh mushrooms, peppers, onions, and pan-fried, spicy Italian sausage. The pie was enormous and I’ll be eating it for several days. The sauce and cheese make you think that you are eating at an outside cafe in Palermo.
Rude owner. The customer service is so bad ..It’s incredible. Large slices and even larger slice of attitude from the owner. Fortunatos is much better.
