Met another couple for a birthday dinner. Food was very good. Crabcake was a little on the small side but very good. Server gave the birthday gal a complimentary desert(very good). All In all a very pleasant evening. We will be be returning
Very pricy and not all that good.. My Mom ,Dad and I went to the runways and had lunch. The bill for three people and just sandwiches and soda,was 38.00 .And the food was so-so. Would not go back.
Nice location but disappointed in food. My husband and I went to the restaurant for the first time today. There was a 10 minute wait. The location of the restaurant is wonderful. Restrooms pristine and waiting area also. The food was very disappointing. We were expecting something much better. After leaving the restaurant I read reviews and wish had did it prior to eating there.
Keep trying. Great service by server Sabrina….however the food was only WARM. Could have been much warmer. Hot food should be HOT.
Great Food … Great Experience. THE best blackened rib eye steak I have ever eaten ! Melts in your mouth and the flavor is fantastic. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and the place was very busy, but with a reservation our party of five was seated quickly and enjoyed good service …. but our waitress had to return several time to get condiments and side orders that should have been with our meals. A good expediter will solve this problem ! – four and a half stars for overall experience !!!! –
Completely unaccommodating. I tried to get a reservation for 9 at 6 pm, refused to take us explaining they did not have room. The hostess stated they could accommodated 150 but not enough room for us and they could not take a reservation larger than 4. Large parties please go some where else.
Great food and service!. Wow, Runway’s is a new restaurant located on the other end of the Hagerstown Airport. Our party had the following things:French Onion Soup (yummy), Runway Burger (juicy & enormous), Reuben (perfectly proportioned with thinly sliced corned beef), and a Hot Roast Beef sandwich with propeller fries (oven fresh and tender, with fantastic gravy). Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Additionally, the view of the planes and runway were fascinating.
