Ok so it’s hooters with short kilts rather than booty shorts But the burgers are awesome! You order how you want it rather than the typical well done at most chain restaurants. We were traveling thur on 70 and we’re looking for a burger place, so got off the highway to go to red robin(who had a 30 minute wait) so we went to the tilted kilt. After the initial costume shock we had a great meal and excellent service. We will be back.
Good food. I have been here multiple times and I always try something different on the menu each time. BEST GRILLED WINGS IN TOWN, fried wings are okay but the grilled ones here are great. Buffalo chicken flatbread is absolutely delicious. Onion rings are yummy and come with a kilt burner sauce which is great. Spinach dip is good. The quesadillas were alright, and the fish tacos were okay. I definitely want to keep trying more things each time I go.
Gross. If you could make a hooters with trashier girls and worse food you’d have Tilted Kilt. Its a great place for pervy old guys and losers in Tapout shirts to go drink overpriced lite beer and choke down sub par food. Hagerstown is bad enough, why’d they have to bring in this garbage?
