Well, I would like to give it a fair review, but I gave up and left after waiting for twenty minutes for someone to come over and take my order. Sadly the excuse from the bartender/waitress was that there was homecoming at the local college. The restaurant wasn’t crowded enough to justify that excuse, but if that was the case, then why only have one full time waitress working and one other person doing both bartending and waitressing tasks?! Such is the lack of work ethic and common sense in Carroll County.
We’re currently dining here…for the last time. Time after time we have received awful service…this partially waitress has rushed us the entire time, and just asked how we were paying as soon as she handed us the check because she was too busy with other tables in the bar…we’re the only table in the dining room side. Won’t be back.03 Apr, 2012Service is always slow, staff isn’t always the most caring. Food is good, bar is always packed on Thursday Nights.
Great place…great food…great people! We travel 30 minutes to come here at least once every week. Would come every day if possible. Great find!!!
Great breakfast place. Reasonable lunch menu. Mediocre dinner place. Moderate prices. Very friendly and helpful servers.
Great food, limited menu. I also agree that we’ve never waited less than a half hour to get our dinners. Bar scene is good!
Food was great and our waitress was fun. The only thing that eerked us was how long it took to get our food. We did however get there a little after noon on a Sunday so that may have influenced that. The bay chips are fantastic and the steak house burger was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant and would eat there again in a heart beat.
