Delicious food, bad customer service. I waited to post this til today because I was in a BAD mood last night after this happened. First I am going to say that I love Roberto’s Pizza Westminster, MD. I have been going there for over 10 years. We even had a bday party there this year. So, last night I went to get my nails done at the place next to Roberto’s. Afterwards I went next door to order our dinner. I go in, place the order.. I forgot my coupon so I told him I would pay when I came back in to pick it up. I go to run errands in the plaza, and come back 25 minutes later. I pay, and am waiting. 45 MINUTES go by, as I watch family after family come in and get their food. Apparently, they decided to wait to make my food until I paid. Because of them, the groceries that were frozen were melted, the other foods I got for the kids got cold (my daughter got a sub from another place). I am SO angry at Roberto’s it is ridiculous. I wanted to share with everyone to make sure they don’t repeat this to anyone else and ruin their night. Thanks for reading.
