Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Service is poor, unless you are a regular. They do not seem concerned about winning new customers because the friends of the bartenders seem to get the only attention the bartenders are capable of holding.
Eh…it was ok. Ordered lasagna and it was so-so, but FAR from the best I ever had. The service was decent though. The drinks are great-I got an orange creamsicle. Yummmm! But overall, it was just an ok experience and I can’t see myself going back unless its for happy hour drink specials.
My wife and I love the food at Della’s. We’re not into the bar crowd so we recommend going for lunch or an early dinner. It’s a pleasant experience if you are tired of the chain restaurants.
Sad food. This place is good to get a drink from but sadly the food is really dissapointing. I ate here a few weeks ago and had a steak bistro sandwich that was dripping with oil and the few slices of steak I had were burnt and tough to chew. My girlfriend also had some kind of sandwich that was pretty awful as well. Do not go here for the food it’s not worth wasting your money on.
October 10, 2009. It was unfortunate for me, that I took out of town guests to Della Rose’s on 10-10-09. The bar was poorly staffed, making it extremely hard to get service. At the lower end of the bar, the barmaid spent more time talking to a gentleman, then in doing her job. Myself and approx. 4 others stood at the bar, while others came up behind us, and got immedialte service. Apparently they were friends or regulars, therefore, the new customers where shunned. Once we did get service, it was as though we were bothing them. Being employed in that area, I have had several business lunches at Della’s, with no problem. This unfortunate event, has made a bad impression with me, along with being embarrased in front of friends.Hopefully it was an isolated case, however, I will have second thoughts about returning.Thanks and best regards
Not what we remember. Now if I am going to rate it out of 5 stars I honestly would give it a 2 overall. Now if I break it down in other area and not a general aspect certain things would get lower than 2 and other would get higher. For example, portions sizes would get lower but the crab dip taste would get higher. adventuresbaltimore.com
