Don’t eat the Sushi. I ordered the tuna tataki, a favorite dish of mine. It was so old and fishy that I had to spit it out. Then the sushi chef and the waitress glared AND talked about me behind the sushi bar. The chef told the waitress that I didn’t know. I have eaten sushi my entire adult life and I have never had to spit anything out! Crappy food and rude service
Froze my butt off. This evening my family of four froze while waiting for our dinner to be cooked my coat thermometer read 50 degrees. We were told there was nothing they could do, that the open vent was needed for when they were cooking, and that it was cold because it was cold outside. The manager explained that if the fan was turned on (pushing the cold air out) it would get warmer, but would eventually make everything colder as the heat was sucked up through the vent. True the hot air would be sucked out, but the restaurants heating system would turn on to keep the restaurant at a reasonable temperature. What the manager was really saying is, if we make you warmer, we will have to pay a higher heating bill. I could understand if we were eating at burger king, but we were eating at Kobe, where a family of four will easily drop $125 in one meal. We ate an uncomfortable meal with our winter coats and scarves on the entire time. Furthermore, the bathrooms were disgusting, the trash was over flowing, and the toilets were difficult to flush. I used to love Kobe, but this experience was horrid.
