This is the last shot, I’m done. I will allow anyone to make a mistake but mistake after mistake needs some serious attention and coaching. Four times now, I’ve stop by this McD’s and have been disappointed. The people making the orders have not been trained correctly or don’t care rather the order is correct or not. Tonight, I even went inside and my burger was still screwed up. I don’t understand that when you order a sandwich with lettuce, mayo and pickles, you cannot get it that way. I understand the people are young and work for meager wages but that doesn’t excuse incompetence. I’m in middle management and in my opinion this incompetence falls on front line supervision. Hopefully the owner of this McD’s will read this and be the overseeing element that he is she should be. I have said all this to say this, I’m Done with this Mc’Ds.
