Managers owners are racist. Owner called blacks monkeys and they should be killed while watching the Baltimore riots. People complained and they were thrown out of the restaurant He was prob drunk but that is not an excuse….witnesses to this and many people are boycotting this restaurant.
Cups of soup only half full?. I went to Loafers on Baltimore National Pike and placed a large order which included 3 soups to go. When I arrived home, I discovered that each cup of soup was only half full (and the cups are small to begin with) and tasted watered down. When I called and asked for the manager, I was told that he was not in at the moment but would be back soon. I left my number for him to contact me. I called back later since no one called me. I was told that the manager still was not in, and that he wouldn’t be able to call me because he would be busy with customers. Really? I am a customer… or WAS a customer. I’ll be going to Apple Bee’s from now on. It’s right across the street. If you didn’t have enough soup, tell the customer, and give them a choice of other soups. Filling the cup half full and watered – down is unacceptable!
