Amazing and delicious!. I happened to stumble onto this place through moneymailer. WOW! I have had peruvian chicken many places, and this was by far the best! The chicken was cooked perfectly, the sides were great, we had the rice, yuca, plantains, black beans.. they have a delicious caramel cookie… Seriously, forget popeyes, they got nothing on this place! It’s so much better tasting, and better for you. The owners are REALLY nice and appreciative of your business! The prices are ridiculous, in a good way! They deliver! No other restaurants in the area come close to the degree of deliciousness they provide. And the ones that deliver, well it’s hit or miss if the food will not be trouble for you later. This place, your tummy and your wallet will thank you!!
Great Peruvian Food. This Peruvian restaurant is a hidden gem. The dishes are exquisite concoctions of flavor and finesse. The Peruvian chicken is succulent and moist with a crispy skin all slow cooked over charcoal. It is served with your choice of white rice or fried rice and plantains. The fried rice is divine and they know how to cook plantains here. The ceviche is sublime and subtle and well worth the price. The chicken rice bowl continues to be a favorite and the lomo saltado is a good as in any five star restaurant in DC. The owners and their son are very easy going and will explain everything to you, if you have never had Peruvian food. I have been back several times and it has always been a five star experience. Great food and great people-you owe it to yourself to try this restaurant
