Deeper Broth Needed. While I found the broth a little thin this was well made if not inspired pho. Particularly liked the sliced eye round which was neither frozen (as it often is) nor overcooked. A quick dip in the broth made it a perfect medium rare. Also the meatballs were actually a flavorful addition rather than tasteless mush (as they often are). The rice noodles were a little too clumped together but acceptable. Serving size was very good, the toppings fresh and adequate. (On a side note the chili paste they use is one of the best I’ve tried)Chicken lovers will like the Mi Ga for it’s properly seasoned broth, large shredded white and dark meat chicken chunks and very egg-y noodles.Clean establishment with helpful staff and good Vietnamese coffee.
