Good service and even better pho!
I’m from Houston, TX…a big city with lots of good Vietnamese food. In comparison to places I have been before, this Pho is rated in my top 3 w/o doubt and is the BEST pho in the baltimore area with fabulous service! My water cup stayed filled, they were so attentive…even gave me more broth when they saw I drank it all. Lol. Packed my to go soup also. Only issue is that it is cash only, but the prices are very reasonable!!! Will return!
Best pho broth for Greater Baltimore area. (01/05/2009) I think they have the best pho in the greater Baltimore area. The broth is what makes it; clear, beefy, spicy (as in fragrant with star anise). The place is pretty divey, dishes are cheap, and the portions are huge. Comes with plenty of garnish: bean sprouts, limes, basil, jalapenos. There’s not much else to the menu, but really, you came here for noodles and soup. We tried the summer rolls anyway; plain specimens, not very spectacular. Stick to the mixed beef pho (I like the #1 with a little brisket, tripe and tendon); can’t go wrong.
