Horrible Service. After calling in my order at 5:40, and listening to a recorded message I learned they only had smalls. This was the 3rd time I called they never seem to have anything but small crabs. I orderd anyway (big mistake) and arrived at 6pm to pick up my order. I was told on the call that it order would tak 20 to 25 mins. At 6:10, I questioned the young black gentleman on the order status and he told me a few more minutes. I waited and asked again at 6:20 and was told 2 more minutes. By this time I am getting upset because I had someone meeting me at my house and I should have been there by now. When I asked if they put the order in late or forgot about my order the young black man said I wasnt listening to him and that my order was still being prepared and they checked and the crabs were still gray. At this time, I knew they just started the order because I have made crabs many before and it does not take that long to steam. At 6:30 I asked to speak with the manager. Some older woman came out and apologized after I told her people who stood right in fron of me and placed their order received their order and left and I am still standing here. I was told ALL phone orders go in at the same time, which meant what? If you tell me the order will be ready at a specific time, then it should be ready at that time, or at minimum tell me the truth so I can decide if I wanted to stick around. At 6:47, my order came out and the manager apologized again and said she gave me a few extra crabs for my trouble. Well I did not want extra or free crabs, just my order ready when I it should have been. Got home, and the crabs were horrible, very dry, little if any seasoning, and last but not least not one extra crab was in the bag. I suspect they overcooked my crabs on purpose because of my complaints. This place lacks customer service and have no good processes in place to streamline their process which makes for head aches for their customers. Instead of this place try Scooters in Baltimore, their crabs are great and they also give you potatoes and corn that were steamed with their crabs in your order.
Just came from crab crib disgusting service from owner Jackie. She had our family waiting an hour for twenty minutes crabs. She offer two extra crabsor a refund and no crabs. She did aplogize for not knoeing what happen. I came from Nc To Md for this service really. Sucks all the way, thanks Jackie for nothing
