Worth stopping to see because you may only see one or two wild ponies on the beach. The staff will tell you where the latest sighting is and will give you directions. Friendly and well stocked store.
This place is awesome if you need to pick up a Crab Trap and some bait. It is pretty neat if you love fishing as they have everything you need. I bought a crab trap for $35 and had fun all week catching crab.
We camped on the beach, and ended up needing an extra tarp, umbrella, twine, ice, sun screen, all sorts of things; this store had it all. Prices weren’t unreasonable, especially given that they’re the only store near the island. Staff are very friendly.
