Pretty pricey for the quality. It's an American-continental buffet much like every other in OC. One difference was the add a lobster tail for $4. So n…

Have eaten here at least yearly for the past 6 years and have always had agreat meal and experience until today. They placed us in a room that looked like we were at a golden corral, with food all over the floor. The entrees were cold and dried out. The soup was awful. Even the desserts were terrible! Our waitress was the best part of the evening and did her best to overcome our disappointment. To pay $10 per person would be overpayment $30 was just painful. We won’t be back
If you want a factory like buffet and have kids, give it a try. It is what it is, but you crttainly don’t get what you pay for.
32.99 for buffet, 16.99 for 12 and under buffet, under 2 was free. Oysters Rockefeller, fried shrimp, Mac and cheese, crab dip, crab legs and cheesecake and strawberries were our favorites. Everything was really fresh and delicious and our waitress was attentive. I wish I could eat here every week.
A delicious and fun experience!. We went for dinner on my son’s 21st birthday and had a wonderful time… Not a long wait, 15 minutes in the nice outside sitting area. Outstanding waiter, Bobby – very helpful and friendly! GREAT food – especially the butterfly shrimp, which was piping hot… And to top it all off, the wait staff surprised us singing Happy Birthday and brought out a little cherry poundcake with a sparkler on it for my son! A really, really fantastic dining experience and highly recommended.
Betrayal by the cheap. I went to this place with my family for almost 18 years and the main draw was always the unlimited crab legs. Everyone went there for them it was amazing; we ate nothing else. Then they changed the policy to have one person allot you two small cold legs of their choosing. Since nothing else there is really that good, the high prices are no longer worth it. They have lost a loyal customer who used to brag about them who now hopes to never see the place again.
Why have we been going to Phillip’s for so many years? Bonfire is so much nicer. We enjoyed the decor, and had a wonderfully attentive waitress. The prime rib was excellent! We also enjoyed the raw bar, soups, and seafood dishes. Some of buffet items were hit-or-miss, but overall an absolutely wonderful meal. You can’t beat the variety here. Loved the hot donuts with ice cream for dessert, although we had to force them down after all the wonderful things we’d already eaten. Don’t let the price scare you — it’s worth every penny.
My family and I come to this restaurant every year we’re in Ocean City. It’s always delicious and the food is consistently amazing. There’s a vast selection to choose from, especially seafood. I recommend the Bonfire to everyone.
