All over their menu is plasterd #1 Males. The crabs put on our tableWere smalls to med at best. I have worked at a Balto crab house and know that crabs usually come in a mixed bushels and then we sort and sell by size sm, med ,Large & Jumbos and we call our #1 crabs larges these were by no means larges.I asked to speak to a mngr. When he came out I began calmly & quietly to tell him we were disappointed that these were not #1males. He loudly & rudely saidThen dont eat them. I said thats real nice customer svc. I went on to explainAbout my past exp with crabs and he screamed at me that I didn’t know anything about crabs and if I didnt like the crabs toGet OUT I said I will and left. Never to return to ever see this Little rude Angry man Albert again!!

To load and noisey have to shout at person next to u. Also arriving at the front door with no one their for 5 or 10 min is a nightmare too small walk into place and u r right on top of the people who are eating
Stopped by for Happy Hour. Great steamed blue crabs- lots of old bay. Shrimp, clams, wings, crab imperial were great. Service by Rosie was great. Place was packed. Enjoyed our Eastern Shore visit. Too bad steamed crabs have become so expensive but that is the market.
Overpriced. Ordered all you can eat they have jacked their prices up $15 since last year and charge you a surcharge for food. Crabs are terrible most didn’t even look legal. We threw more away than we ate. Don’t believe the good reviews. The only thing I can say is our waitress was very good and attentive. You can get the same deal a block down for only28.95 compared to the 44.95 they are charging.
CommonsenceRL. After years of being a happy customer, I am done with crab bag. $49 for medium crabs $59 for medium large, and $79 for large. I ordered $79 large, they were reheated dried out leftover crabs, and were 5 and a half inches point to point. How can that be the third size up and be called large? a crab has to be 5 and a quarter inches point to point to even be harvested, and that would make them the smallest possible. You guys just seem to have taken advantage of your new found popularity and switched up. WE have sent countless hotel guests your way, but no more. Sorry to say, but this is the second time recently and we are done patronizing your place, and no longer will be able to recomend you.
Good food, good times that is until the power went out. After that we spent the better part of an hour waiting for our check. No manager stopped to tell us anything. With upwards of 1/2 the people in the place waiting to leave, we were informed that until the computers rebooted we could only pay cash. I ended having to cross the street to a pnc bank to withdraw $. I was hit with a $3 fee. We finally get our checks, and notice that 1 of the meals that was replaced after being dropped on the floor by a stoner server. It’s wasn’t discounted, or comp’d. At that rate we were all charged full price for our meals after being held hostage while the matrix was reloaded. Shrimp was good.
Food very good grilled oysters outstanding. However service needs a lot of help. Hostess were terrible very poor customer service. They are very good at rolling their eyes at you. Waitress was nice and tried hard. First thing she said was it was going to take awhile to get mixed drinks because they only have one bar tender. Food took a long time to come. We ordered grilled oysters she said she has to find the oyster chef to get them to cook our order
