Just ok. Very expensive if going with children. I didn’t think it was worth the money. However, their sushi bar was the best I’ve ever had at a buffet. Very clean and fresh.

Nice Surprise. I’ve always been wary of fast food joints that sell sushi, thinking that the food might not be freshly prepared, or that it likely would prepared without much attention to quality. Yet driving by Sarku today, with my lunch overdue, I decided to stop in, even though I normally would have avoided what I assumed would be assembly line food. I ordered the eel roll and the seaweed salad. To my surprise, both were delicious! The eel roll was so freshly made that the eel was still warm off the grill. The salad was a yummy revelation, seasoned with a delicate touch of sesame oil, and it was fun to eat with its unique chrunchy/chewy texture. Yum! I plan to return to see if other menu items are equally tasty.
