Pleasant. Have lunched and dined there for years. A reliably good restaurant with a varied menu. The service is always professional and friendly. Nothing fancy, but a nice atmosphere, especially if you get a booth.
I had an overall great expierience at Crossroads Cafe. Although they lost our reservation it took only fifteen minutes for them to seat us. The atmosphere was nice and quite we sat in this nice booth in the back. Our appetizers were absolutely scrumptous, we had boneless chicken wings and mid western dip. For the main course I had a bacon cheese which was cooked perfectly. I would also recommend the eggplant parm. Our service was exquisit and extremely quick. The desserts are also delicious, especially the lava cake(s). If you are planning a get together with friends or family in acton I would definatly suggest the, Crossroads Cafe.
