Vegetarian food that’s colorful, multitextural and tasty enough to satisfy a stanch carnivore like me. There’s lots of salt and spice in there, which can be great, but that can also steal the spotlight from the natural flavor of the vegetables. Quick, cozy and very close to vegan ice cream next door. pigtrip.net
