Finally a Mexican restaurant that knows how to season their dishes! None of this bland meats flavored with cheese stuff that so many places seem to feature. Having grown up in California and then lived in Texas for 12 years, I’ve high standards for Mexican food, and Acitron meets them. The carnitas are astoundingly flavorful and tender; the mahi mahi dish was also exploding with flavor. So happy this is just down the street from us!
