I was pretty excited to try this hot pot place, but I was disappointed in the end. The restaurant is very nice looking with these tables with big holes in the center. See my photos of the restaurant. I ordered the seafood combo that comes with rice or noodles along with some veggies. You cook the ingredients in the pot which has a nice aroma of herbs. What showed up you can see in my picture posted of the seafood: 2 scallops, 2 shrimp, 2 squid tubes, 2 mussels and white fish. In addition, the veggies were mostly leafy with one mushroom, small chunk of corn and bok choy. The disappointment to me is that the food was low quality and thus low cost. They menu has much more than the soup pots. Nobody was in the restaurant at the time I was dining there. The only other point is that boiled food is okay, but nothing real tasty. The dinner was $25 with tip.

I am always down for trying any shabu restaurant and little Q def gets an A for freshness….I especially love the fact they have a sushi menu in addition to an excellent Shabu menu. Service could use some help and it would be really nice if u could have shabu hot pot at the bar (like Kaze right around the corner). For a while they didn’t have a price list for any wines or sake but that was months ago and I’m hoping that has changed. All in all a good experience for fresh sushi and shabu!

Stumbled in here after a long day checking out colleges for our daughter. Looked funky, but could be the best Chinese we have ever had! Add friendly, courteous staff and very reasonable pricing to make this place a must if you are in Arlington/Cambridge . You can only eat so much seafood and Italian. Come here for a refreshing, excellent alternative.

Loved it! Perfect for a chilly night. The staff was helpful and attentive since I’d never had hot pot before. Loved the food and choices of broth to cook it all in. Prices were very reasonable. Sounds crazy, but I enjoyed it more than the Melting Pot and the bill was easier to ‘swallow’ too!
