We placed an order online and were given a forty-minute estimate. An hour and a half later, we call and are told that because we didn’t tip, the delivery boy left our food on the porch and left. We never tip on our card; we tip in cash in person once we have the correct order on time. Had he knocked and given us our food, he’d have had a tip. Fool. The real kicker is he left it on our neighbor’s porch. It was cold, of course.
This is a small takeout place with a few seats. I ordered a combo plate with Szechuan Chicken, chicken teriyaki and spring roll. They had no brown rice, so I skipped the rice. They only serve in a take out box. The chicken roll was large and greasy with no flavor. The teriyaki chicken was fried chicken and not teriyaki. The large Szechuan dish had a great mix of veggies and meat, but again lacked flavor. The veggies were fresh and food seemed fresh too. However, the flavor isn’t here. Try Yangtze River in Lexington instead.

BOBBYS REVIEW. Since he kai lau closed in teele sqare this is the best chinese around very very fresh.
Very good. You get a lot of food for your money. Hands down best take-out around!
Hidden Gem. This place is probably the epitome of a hole in the wall, and a mighty fine one at that. Every single time we get food from here, it is fresh and delicious. You can’t beat their prices. Awesome egg rolls, they even have meatless ones for veggies!
Best Chinese take-out place I’ve found. Love their LoMein, dumplings and Yang Chow Fried Rice. Lots of other great dishes too. Only thing I don’t like is the General Gao’s Chicken.
