Until tonight, I had been a long time customer of Thai Moon going back several years. Tonight, March 1st 2017 at approximately 6pm, I dined with my girlfriend at Thai Moon. We ordered both the Siam Fried Rice and Chicken Basil Fried Rice. While eating the Chicken Basil Fried rice, I noticed something sharp that cut my mouth. When I pulled it out, it was chicken bone.I let the waitress know immediately and showed her the sharp piece. She walked away and I assumed she would get the manager. She came back a few minutes later and asked if we wanted to take the rest of the food home. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. I explained I cut my mouth on the chicken bone and the manager laughed. I said its not funny, and it would be very dangerous if I swallowed it. He did not apologize, and when I told him there was no way I would pay for that meal. He told us to leave. I even asked if he had seen the sharp piece his response was he threw it away.Please note we had been long time customers and we did not expect to be treated that way. We will not be back and if I had swallowed that bone vs have a cut mouth they would be facing a lawsuit.

Hands down the best Thai restaurant. I have been coming here for with co workers for many years. All meals have been consistently excellent, especially the Noodle Kee Mao is my favorite. No other Thai restaurant compares to this dish. Service is fast and pleasant. Highly recommend it. Hidden Gem!
Yum. I don’t normally take the time to comment on restaurants unless they appeal to me in a strong way. EAT HERE!I went just a few weeks ago because of the reviews and they were correct to be glowing. I normally order my family’s standard when going to a new place and take it from there based on the food. Veggie Pad Thai- perfect blend of noodles, peanuts, veggies, blended in sweetness- not too sweet though. Tofu Cashew Nut- gourmet looking- same quality of sweetness blended with veggies, tofu and cashew nuts which are slightly crisp. Veggie Fried rice for mixing- most thai restaurants throw in maybe 2 pieces of broccoli which my husband and I debate over… Thai Moon throws in plenty.Customer service is pleasant and attentive- (which is really lacking in our culture these days) So it’s nice to be taken care of and have simple requests met.I highly reccomend!
Delicious, but can be busy. My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times. We love Thai food. My uncle is Thai and hence I’ve become really particular. Really delicious food. Shrimp and chicken rolls fried in tofu skin are amazing. On the weekends they can get slammed with take-out orders so you may have to wait awhile for your food.
