Great food in a fun settingWe had a group of friends join us for dinner and a Hub show at Club Cafe last month. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there was more than enough to share. The salads were huge and the burger and sweet potato fries were delicious. The server was very patient with our group.

Fantastic place to go if you routinely use feminine pronouns when referring to male friends. This long-running holdover from a time when gay people had separate, segregated bars, is still going strong. The food is actually much better than it needs to be, so its possible to get a decent meal here.

Finally Updated Information. It took a while, but we finally got our information updated on this site. Club Cafe is going on 27 strong years!Located at the border of Boston’s Back Bay & South End neighborhoods, Club Cafe has been a Boston Landmark since 1983. Live nightly piano & vocals entertainment mix with excellent dining by Chef Luis in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. This recently remodeled restaurant provides some of Boston’s best dining values, with year round fixed priced 3 course dinner menus and sumptuous Sunday Brunch buffets, which simply cannot be matched. Late night dining and seasonal outdoor patio dining is also available 7 nights per week.

Club Cafe is NOT closed!. Not to mention, it has recently been revitalized with some major renovations. Thanks to Frank Ribaudo and his staff, Club Cafe is back on track with the gay scene. With different themed parties every Thursday night, and extreme party tunes every Friday and Saturday, Club Cafe is the hottest place to be right now. In addition, every Thursday through Saturday, you have three different choices for music. One DJ in the back room, one DJ for the lounge area, plus live piano and singers in their new Napoleon room. Club Cafe is not toying around, they are definitely here to stay.
