Don’t go there! TERRIBLE!. Paid over $50 for me and my boyfriend. Barely ate anything because of the sanitary conditions. The service was terrible – we waited 20 minutes for our receipt. Food is terrible. Just like cafeteria food. Looks like the movie theater from Drake and Josh. Seriously, it’s gross. Save your money. I feel bad for anyone going there on a first date…

It Is What It Is. Well that was interesting. First off, the staff treated our party of seven like GOLD. Service was top-notch especially for the price. I dont expect haute cuisine in this type of environment so I have no complaints about the food. It is what it is, which is standard buffet quality, non-threatening, and extremely familiar ingredients cooked on a hot griddle with your choice of sauce. My only complaints would be that the temperature in the upstairs dining room was WAY too high, we were all roasting. And unless you are a 22 year old girl, you should probably avoid the cocktails which are nothing but simple sugar syrup with a splash of alcohol. Stick with beer (primarily industrial wasteproducts like Bud/Coors) or wine.

Terrible service! Longest wait I’ve ever had

So Much Fun!!!. I’ve never been to a restaurant quite like this one. I love being able to get as much weird, unusual foods cooked together as possible (try bamboo shoots and kalamari with marinara; not too bad, actually). Also, Fire and Ice has some of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

Bad Copy. It was hard to enjoy Fire and Ice after dining at BDs Mongolian Grill in Ohio. Fire and Ice do not have the style down at this time. The waitstaff just assumes that everyone knows whats going on and the grill team is in over their heads.Good things were-the text you when your table is ready so you can walk about the town while you wait, the variety is great, salads are included in this restaurant.BAD things, under staffed for the functions going on in the Back Bay, no one at the restaurant was aware of what was going in around the restaurant, which seems to me in that area an important clue on how heavily to staff for the day.NO eggs at dinner, how are you supposed to make a stir fry with out an egg? The sauces were limited and the burger idea was just plain dumb.No direction at the grill, people just standing about trying to get in to the longest line I have ever seen at a place like this!Great idea for a restaurant in a busy part of town, bad execution of the idea.

Overpriced cheap food. This is Mongolian grill style cooking. When the place is busy, you will literally stand and stare as your food gets cooked along with a crowd of others. The food tends to be bland and overcooked due to the cooks trying to handle over 30 meals at once. I will never dine here again.

Great idea and cooks … Horrible table service.
