Good service and pleasant ambience. Authentic Kashmir taste sorely lacking but the restaurant is genuinely trying to amercanise an indian taste form. The menu could be updated and new ones printed. The old menu booklet is in tatters. But overall- a good experience

One of the best Restaurants in the back bay. The cuisine is very unique and exquisite. The service is decent. The location can’t get better!
A nice place for Indian cuisine. Kashmiri food isn’t their only specialty, they have many non kashmiri options as well. Outdoor seating is good. Staff is friendly. They have a good range of mango cocktails. Be very careful while placing your order as they literally mean spicy and extra spicy ! I preferred bland. Must try – chicken curry, veg biryani Non veg platter was good but the boti kebab in that was too chewy.
I was lucky enough to get a seat on the Newbury Street Patio (though it was a Saturday evening) and the restaurant was moderately busy. The setting was nice and the furniture was as decently comfortable as any steel outdoor patio furniture was going to be.The service was a little slow to start off. I think we waited for water for a good 4 or 5 minutes. After we placed our order, the food arrived in a 20-25 mins and was presented nicely and tasted even better. It was my first time going to Kashmir, however, not my first time with Indian cuisine. I was told I was going to be blown away by others who frequent that place. I was not. I would go back if people wanted to go there for dinner but probably won’t stroll in there on my own. Not too memorable. its ok nothing extraordinary!! indorifoodcop.wordpress.com
Worst customer service. Horrible food. Uncivilized and rude staff, speaking to customers in the most ridiculous way, makes you regret about spending money there. Dirty stink inside the restaurant was another issue. STRICTLY AVOID
