I’ll get straight to the point here. Ambiance: 4/5. Outdoor seating is nice provided you have a small group. Indoor is fancy and comforting. Food and service: 4/5. The taste was pretty good Quality and quantity too. However, this is not the place if you need spicy food. Pricing: 2/5. Simply put, the food doesn’t do justice to price against the name. Way too much to pay for decent Italian food. Overall a nice place to visit once!
Pretty good pasta and wine, but my fairly simple penne con zucca was overpriced at $20. The atmosphere is nice but not pretentious. The outdoor seating area looked nice, but my party was too big to be seated at one of the outdoor tables. Would go back with a smaller group and sit outside on a nice day.
Not trustworthy. We had to wait for almost an hour for our reserved table, told repeatedly it wouldn’t be long.When we were finally seated, we we told we would get free appetizers.We were charged for them!When that ‘honest mistake’ was pointed out and we were told $50 would be taken out of check, they didn’t tell us that it started from the close to $40 were had be charged for the appetizers and which the tax and gratuity had been calculated from – so they lowered the bill around $7-8 dollars.Everything was sleezy about it.

What a treat!! I stopped in 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday night, disappointed I wasn’t able to make it to my beloved North End this visit. But the food here was delicious, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I will be back, for sure!!
The food was great, the service not so much! Our server was not particularly all that friendly, somewhat snobby in fact. But the charming patio where we sat more than made up for his pretentious attitude. Not sure we’d come back.
Thoroughly enjoyable.
