Pretty darn good. This is a bit pricier for pizza, but I do like the atmosphere, and darn it, the pizza IS good. It’s still a chain place, but for being one, it doesn’t disappoint. I usually get pepperoni, or supreme, and the hand tossed is usually very thick crust that is perfect for siding as a breadstick. I would recommend for anyone who hasn’t tried Uno’s, to go once. You won’t be disappointed.
Good Chain Option. If you are stuck entertaining visiting suburban relatives who are too terrified to try one of Boston’s many authentic places, like that fabulous Somalian place in Eastie or that underground Senegalese place in the South End, simply take them here to a Uno’s, an outlet of a national chain serving delicious deep dish pizzas, great cocktails, and pasta dishes. The food will never surprise anyone, nor will it disappoint or frighten. The big plus for you, a jaded city dweller, is the excellent people watching and the marvelous architecture of the space.
