Fast food, Italian style. I went for a short drive at lunch today, not too from from my client’s office. I wanted something fast, but not from one of the fast food chains. I found Stromboli’s and ordered their Chicken Parmigiana. The accompanying fussily pasta was a nice al dente, but probably could have been drained a bit more. And the chicken parm was a little overdone. However, the flavor and speed were good, so overall I would say that it was better than fast food chains.
