Worst experience ever ever. I have grow up in brighton and seriously daniels is never used to be like this there were better people and spoke well and good custermer service, now you get ther worst of the worst people, just this past weekend i had to order a cake for my son b-day and they gave me the wrong cake and i’ll been calling since for the past 3 days and they keep telling me call back so you can speak to the manager, b/c this person can not help me, so i call againg and now she says there is no manager here you can speak to me and so i told her again about my cake , she say there is nothing i cant do for you….this is really bad im telling really bad my son didnt even get to eat his own b-day cake and this people cant even replace my cake or my money b/c they dont know what they doing…they dont even have people they can speak well english and they always talking portuguese all the time, you dont even know if they talking bad stuff about the persion, i think they should close i dont recoment is not good please dont go there…
Worst experience ever!!. I have been a costumer of this place for years. As usual i ordered a bday cake from them. Fresh whipped cream topping.. i tooked home and served it .. it was dry as a bagel.. the fruit inside was moldy green. i took it back to the place and they got very defensive and at some point to scream at me.. refused to give back the money. Never coming back to that place ever.
Love this bakery!!. My family has been getting every birthday cake from Daniel’s since I was born in 1980! It has become a tradition. The cakes have stayed the same all along. We have never been let down. When you walk in the bakery, it is always clean and cheerful. The display cases are always full of yummy treats! I’m ordering on today for my mother’s birthday. We just had one two weeks ago for my bithday too!!
Great cookies. This is the spot for the best chocolate chip cookie
