Been wanting to go here for a while and finally ended up going this weekend! Ordered the Green Muenster Melt because I’m a huge fan of avocado and wasn’t disappointed! It was the perfect comfort food I was looking for – with ooey-gooey cheese and mouthwatering bacon! We also ordered the Ham and Cheese and the grilled cheese with turkey in it and both of them were amazing! They’re also super thick and filling so it’s good for dinner or lunch! We also ordered the Hand Cut Truffle Fries and they had a twist to it – with a strong taste of herbs – which were also a good investment. Well done, Roxy’s!

There’s a vegan version for almost everything on the menu!First tried the french fries and the classic tomato and cheese melt!The sandwich was great and french fries were good!Then tried the vegan allston .The fig jam gives this sandwich an amazing flavor! A must try! Daiya is great too!The service was quick and really good!

Way beyond grilled cheese. Like another reviewer has said, the sandwiches served from this truck go way beyond the ‘grilled cheese’ label. We stopped by on Sunday while visiting the incredible SOWA Winter Market, and ordered a sampler of their best sandwiches: Short rib with caramelized onions and fontina was thick, rich, and loaded with so much tender short rib meat that I couldn’t believe it only cost $7. One sandwich feeds two hungry guys easily, since we also got an order of their rosemary truffle fries. (hand cut, crispy exterior, perfect thickness) Prosciutto with fig jam was not nearly as sweet as I feared it would be, the perfect balance of chewy, crunchy, cheesey, sweet, and salty. Addictive.The odd-sounding mac & cheese with chorizo was my personal favorite. A sandwich made from macaroni and cheese? It works.Price tag for three gigantic sandwiches and an order of fries was under $25 and fed five people since we had asked to have the sandwiches quartered for easy sharing.
Green Muenster. This shouldn’t even be called a Grilled Cheese because it doesn’t do it justice. AMAZING. Flavor explosion. The guys on the truck were amazing. Friendly and efficient. The definition of customer service. Check out their website for locations but this should not be missed.
