Gluten free? Definitely go to Tasca!. I was surprised walking in blind to Tasca that they were so aware of people who needed to follow gluten free diets. They have an alternate menu that blocks out the tapas that aren’t GF and keeps the ones that are. It makes it very easy and not to mention it’s always delicious!!! Make sure you give them your email, you’ll be flooded with $5 sangria deals, birthday gift certificates, and lucky winning deals (sure it’s a ploy to get you in, but always gives me a good excuse to go!).

Sangria!. What can I say about Tasca’s? The first word to come to mind is Sangria. The tapas are always delicious and a great cheap meal, but the Sangria is really king. They have two types which are so good, you’ll be ordering more when the put the first one on the table. Everyone can enjoy the cozy atmosphere. It is great for a date or a sizable group.

El Mitad (Medium, Regular). Despite a reservation, we had to wait for our table for two. The restaurant was very very tightly packed – it was hard not to listen to other’s conversation in the very loud room. Parking is hard to come by in the area – they do offer valet if you are willing to pay. The food was okay – not the best I’ve had for tapas, but relatively authentic. Given the number of people there, it was relatively quick service as well.

Great tapas, great ambiance. I used to live right down the street from this place and loved it for a pricy night out. The sizzling garlic shrimp is delicious. The sangria totally hits the spot in the summer heat. Sign up for their email list and enjoy tons of free giveaways and invitations to great events with flamenco dancing. Definitely check it out… But be forewarned… It is tiny and dark, but with so much personality.

Tasca is my favorite restaurant in Boston. The value is amazing as is the selection.

Great for groups. This is my favorite place in Boston. I love the variety of choices and the deserts are to die for! I’ve found that it is most fun to come with a larger group and order lots of different things to try. While more people is fun because you get to try more things this is also a great place for a date because it is on the quieter side and is quite romantic.
