Overpriced and Mediocre. I hate writing bad reviews but Rubin’s was incredibly disappointing. I went with my friend who is Jewish and from NY who declared the knish’s to be ‘unrecognizable’ as a knish. My corned beef was dry and flavorless and the rye bread was kind of blah. Even the pickle was mediocre: it tasted like a grocery store dill. And $44 (before tip) for two sandwiches, two sodas, and an order of knishes seems pretty pricy.
