The atmosphere was modern and very enjoyable. The food was the fresh with outstanding fish and great combination of mixed veggies. The menu is printed daily. The Restaurant Manager, Ryan was friendly and accommodating. The dessert was also outstanding. I am not sure how they hold up with an allergy, but the dinner was truly amazing. The waiter was 5 stars. All that is missing here is a view of the ocean!
Tried ICOB for a late lunch. It had the feel of a trendy bar, minus the crowd. The clam chowder was just OK for $10 and the oysters while offering as selection of many, all seemed very similar starting around $36/dozen. The Old Bay fries were devoid much of the signature seasoning, and the brussel sprouts were a little boring. The single oyster slider was just that, a single fried oyster on a mini bun, which was not bad. All in all ICOB seemed like it was trying to be new trendy bar with a seafood (oyster) theme.
