I don’t know what happened to Panera but I firmly believe that their quality has dipped over the past two years. We used to get meals catered all the time at my office from them and the sandwiches were always well done with quality breads, meats, cheeses, etc. I find myself regretting eating their sandwiches now and actively avoiding Panera as it feels more and more like a crappy chain every time I step inside.I’ll still order the chicken salad sandwich every once in while — but am routinely disappointed.Bring back the old Panera quality!
