I’ve eaten in-house several times. In general the meals were no better than mediocre. However, I recently ordered take out and the meal was among the worst Chinese food I have had. I had four dishes (eggplant, beef, noodles and bok choy) all tasted virtually alike. The flavor was little more than a briny salty taste. A mixture of soy sauce, corn starch and maybe cheap cooking wine(?). It didn’t taste spoiled, which is why is did not give this a 1.0. However, it was tasteless brown goo, Except for the bok choy, which I washed. I threw the whole mess out.
