Still in shock, so bad. Can NOT get over what just happened. I’ve never encountered such terrible service, it was just a whole new level I never knew existed. Waiters couldn’t care less about you, in fact they seem almost intent on you having miserable experience. Just to hint at the terribleness, I tried to talk to the manager on the phone, and they just hung up the phone, HUNG UP THE PHONE! I’m still mad I tipped so well before this experience. I wish I could swear in this review, but I’m afraid they won’t post it. Just please avoid this place if you can, for your sanity.
French Dip served with cold roast beef, hammus tastes like peanut butter. Service was VERY poor, had to flag down the waitress several times to order food and drinks. EPIC FAIL!
Awful experience, absolutely HORRIBLE waitress! Asked for water several times, beer got it, waitress walked past table multiple times but did not stop for over an hour and a half, had to go find her to ask for check. Will not return.
Bartender flipped me off. The bar tender flipped me off, literally. He gave me double middle fingers for asking where my card was (he had been ringing me up for about 20 minutes and I was anxious to get my card back). Do NOT go to this bar if you expect decent customer service and a friendly smile. I have never been FLIPPED OFF by an employee of any business until tonight. Perhaps he thought we had some kind of banter going on, but we certainly didn’t, and I was wildly offended. Don’t waste your tip money on this bar.
FAVORITE CASUAL PLACE IN BOSTON. This is our favorite casual place in Boston. Great snacks,lunches, dinners. Love this place! Only problem is that you have to usually wait quite awhile for a table. But worth it! Love the staff too…treat them well….
Great atmosphere, awesome food. Can be tough at times to find a table, though….or even to sit at the bar. This place gets BUSY!
Good pub fare. Beautiful day in Cambridge. We ate outside. Very good burgers and wraps. Good service.
