Located very near to Harvard square . Decent ambiance with huge menu option. For vegetarians too they have a decent options. Food quality and quantity was good with decent pricing. Service was slow because only two people we’re available to serve.
The Kong, as it is known in Harvard parlance, is a rite of passage. My friends have spent many a Friday evening slurping down Scorpion bowls here. On weeknights when I wanted to skip dining hall food, I have ordered tonnes of fried rice and the cream cheese filled crab rangoons and refreshingly spicy schezwan fish in black bean sauce from here. The food is not the best you can have but Id always visit for its late-night and friendly service.
Worst treatment ever. Last night, i took it upon myself to visit Hong Kong with my sister. We were seated at a dirty table which still had remains from the last meal. Other parties that came after us , got seated at clean tables and were poured water. I got up after 15 minutes of waiting for some type of action and addressed the hostess who was rude . She told me that he waiter was busy and we could stand up and wait if we wanted a clean table then immediatley waved me off. I felt unwanted and discriminated against, and left with my sister. UNOs was a far more appreciative experience.

Take it for what it is. This is not a restaurant. Well, ok, it is, but dont go for the food. Go for the good times and the scorpion bowls, never go sober and never stay sober while you’re there. You really cant dress this place up that much, if you wanted a classy bar, you shouldn’t even consider places named after Chinese cities. I’ve been a couple times and always enjoyed it. I wont remember most of it, but those nights are the best.
