Since joining the Hops Test Kitchen's culinary team in February of 2016, Chef Brian Miller led the transformation of the kitchen to focus on from-scratch dishes. His delicious creations are inspired by French and Italian techniques and flavors. All of our ingredients are sourced from local farms and suppliers whenever possible to obtain the highest quality ingredients for our dishes. Once every 3-4 Sundays, Hops Test Kitchen closes its doors to the public for a private test kitchen tasting event for up to 30-40 customers. From the tasting event, the dishes that are voted as the favorites will be featured as specials or regular menu items! For example, our last pop-up kitchen theme ingredient was lobster, where Executive Chef Brian Miller created an 8 course tasting menu revolving around Lobster. Current Promotions: Monday-Thursday: 50% off all oysters from 5-7PM Monday: Trivia Night! Gift card prize is awarded to winning team. Tuesday: Italian Tuesdays: Featuring five of Executive Chef's rotating handmade from-scratch pasta dishes for $9! Wednesday: Whiskey Wednesdays! Complimentary tasting of bartender's choice whiskey of the week from 7-9PM every week!
