An overwhelming amount of bowls and salads here with so many ways to customize! This place knows how to do heathy, organic, hearty meals. The udon is amazing! And the Elvis smoothie is so tasty (perfect drink for anyone whose obsessed with peanut butter).
Healthy, fresh ingredients with flavour packed sauces. A real vegetarian delight. Packed at lunch but the line moves quickly. Friendly service. canadianveggie.wordpress.com
Delicious and Healthy. Who knew those two adjectives could coexist? When I first got to Life Alive, I was completely shocked. I expected the food to be very raw and bland. However, the ingredients in the dishes complement each other well and are very flavorful. The shakes are to die for.I have had the Goddess, Swami, and Emperor meals and the Lust and Love Alive shakes. All were amazing. The great thing is that, because you know the ingredients, you will probably get the texture/taste you were looking for. I did not like their dandi blend coffee very much, but I generally am more of an espresso (not coffee) kind of person.

All naturally delicious. This place is amazing. From the atmosphere to the food quality, it’s truly unique. The food ingredients seem all-healthy and all-natural. The different combinations of herbs and off-the-beaten-path veggies and rice types make for entrees that take you on a gustatory adventure! It’s delicious and leaves me feeling good every time. A little more expensive than a cheeseburger, but SO WORTH IT!
So good!. It’s my favorite restaurant that I’ve been to. I like that I can eat nearly everything on the menu even though I’m on such a strict diet. I’m gluten intolerant and vegan. The atmosphere is beautiful. I love the style. Everyone that works there is genuinely kind. The food is completely delicious and I love the smoothies! They have all sorts of loose leaf teas and juices as well. Overall, a fantastic place.
