Exquisite Sliders. We finally got a chance to try this funky, fun, and cool food truck since it was parked along the corner of Clarenden and Boylston last night. Their entire menu seems to consist of lobster-based foods and they were handing out free samples of bisque, not the most refreshing thing on a 100 degree day, so we opted to get the sliders — small (not tiny) toasted brioche buns packed with cool, sweet lobster meat lightly dressed with a beguiling tarragon mayonnaise. Served with a heaping portion of house made (or truck made?) potato chips which were probably the best I’ve ever tasted. Total bill was $6.
