My husband and I visited Cambridge in October, 2013. Strolling down the street, we came upon Phoenix Landing. They have a multi-ethnic and very diverse menu. I had Salvadoran cheese pupusas with pico de gallo, jalapeos, cabbage slaw and chicken veg. soup. My husband had Tuna/avocado melt on ciabbata with new england clam chowder and fries! Blue moon to wash it down. Jaden, our waitress at Phoenix Landing, was attentive and helpful with directions. We returned to eat there a second time!
Possibly one of the worst dining experiences I have had. Food was absolutely disgusting, worse than McDonalds. Multiple orders were forgotten or completely incorrectly described, couldn’t begin to describe the culinary attrocities we experienced. Apparently rather than lemon in water, when asked we recieved limes. Server was incapable of basic understanding of English language, which through no fault of her own only compounded our misery. The other server we assumed to be a manager attempted to remedy the situation to no avail. Absolutely avoid this place.
