Went there yesterday for a take out….We had ordered 2 chicken biryanis…For all those chicken biryani lovers….this is not a place for you…it seemed like they put chicken pieces in veg pulav and serve it as biryani. I had high hopes from this place as it was a Punjabi place but alas…bad experience !
Just ate here and had an amazing mango lassi and lamb vindaloo. Large serving sizes that aren’t expensive, and tastes like authentic Indian! The lamb vindaloo on the specials menu was around $11 and came with naan and rice.** only downsides: Cash only and not much seating space, but perfect for quick takeaway
We went to this place for a special occasion thinking it is Indian fine dining cuisine. Not realizing the name suggest dhaba experience. Good for regular meals for people who have adapted to western food tastes. Extremely bland for the Indian palate. You may want to specify to the cashier who happens to be the only point of contact for the customer and considering the lack of staff you may not get the attention span of the cashier. So while it is an appreciated joint for the locals, do not recommend for tourists Indians. Presentation of food is ok (all food served in thali format). Go there only if there is no choice.
