Perfect Birthday Dinner. My significant other took me here for my birthday. I love organic and local food. I also have a strict diet I must adhere to for health reasons. The ambiance was fit for fine dining but still cozy. The service was spot on. The staff did not miss a beat but were also warm and friendly. I can tell you that we ordered the cured trout and the Halibut, but the dishes they served us are not on the menu because of my restrictions. They were incredibly accommodating. The plates were small but by the end we were not only satisfied, but a little full. The ingredients were so fresh and balanced with each other. The sauce with the halibut was almost like a light gravy, it alone was so delicious I could have drank it. The chef treated everyone in the restaurant to a small cup of a new soup he was experimenting with. Everything was perfect. Salts is my new favorite restaurant.

This James Beard nominated restaurant delivers a wonderful dining experience. It’s finally getting recognition it deserves. Charming and efficient front of the house, amazing upscale comfort food.
