Nice ramen but slightly on the oilier side. Good eating experience overall though. Would recommend if in or around the area.You can try the miso ramen and every dish has vegetarian substitutes. A medium or large is usually good for one person.
Right. so it was Tonkatsu Ramen time at Harvard Square. I opted for Shoyu flavour which is soya sauce with a spot of bonito dashi. Also managed to taste Shio flavour which is more whitish and salty. Both broths were great although Shoyu seemed to be a bit low in flavour. The ajit suke was delectable as were the char siu, tender and melt in the mouth. But the noodles were bland and that spoiled a lot of the feeling. Service and ambiance were out of this world – polite and efficient
